AGES 18+ 7-9:30 PM Join us for a fun evening of sewing and leave with a completed reversible tote with renowned seamstress, Van Tran! It will take up to 2 and a half hours to complete it, even if you have never used a sewing machine before! You will have a beautiful selection of fabrics to choose from and all supplies are included! Let's get MAKING! Teacher Bio: Van Tran studied apparel design at SFSU and is an upcycled fashion designer. Before teaching sewing she worked in the fashion industry as a designer. She currently teaches sewing full time at a high school in Brooklyn. She enjoys her fun time at home with her dog Lulu with an iced coffee in hand. Van’s favorite pastime is making video content on how to refashion vintage dresses into something new. Follow her IG @sewminivan.
