Late Summer Camp Week! 8/31 - 9/3

Service Description

Camp will be held Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 3:30 p.m. with an extended day option until 5pm. We've added an extra week of camp to accommodate the later start to the school year, and for all those campers that are torn and can't decide between all our fabulous themes! There will be a collection of projects from each of our themes: one clothing item, a stuffy or pillow, fun jewelry, and some craft item to decorate their room with. They will use the sewing machine and learn new jewelry and craft making techniques! Please note this week is only Monday through Thursday. Students will build on their sewing skills and have a blast making pieces that they will be proud to wear or to decorate their room with! Our teaching method is to encourage individual thinking and creativity by letting our students have the freedom to create what they imagine. We guide their creativity through principles of sewing and design, fostering both fun and skill building. For our repeating students we make sure they continue to be challenged and that they have new projects to entertain them. We also make sure not to repeat projects throughout the summer, so your child is welcome to sign up for multiple weeks. Contact Lara@studioMakeit.com if you have any questions!
